Visited Winchester cathedral at the end of September , specifically to see Laurence Edward’s installation , “Borrowed Breath”
His work is just incredible.
The start of December has seen me very busy in the studio , finally completing the last of my "Aether" series of three heads. 'Sunkissed' a lifesize bust, "And Breathe “around 750mm tall and lastly "And Breathe Again" standing at 1100mm , my biggest sculpt to date and commissioned as a garden installation.
All three heads , which can be seen on the slide show at the top of my website , were made using crete clay and bronzed resin . 'Sunkissed' and ' Breathe again are still available to purchase. Please get in touch for prices.
My very final piece for the year "Amour Eternel " is a representation of the clients father on her wedding day in his role as 'Flower Dude'.
Lots to keep me occupied in the New Year too. Happy Christmas!
